How do I access my Caniac Account Manager?
To easily manage your tickets online, simply log in to your Caniac Account Manager by visiting At the login screen, be sure to use your Account ID# when attempting to log in. If you do not know your password, or cannot remember it, simply click “Forgot your password?” to be emailed a new one. Your Hurricanes account representative can also access your password for you, so feel free to call 1-(866)-NHL-CANES if you are having further login issues.

What is the difference between Season Ticket “Holder” and Season Ticket “Member”?
The good news is that being a Season Ticket Member means all the great benefits and access that you are used to from being a Season Ticket Holder, plus more. As a Hurricanes Season Ticket Member, you are part of an exclusive group of fans with special access to events and benefits not available to the general public. Your membership means more than just having tickets!

If I have a 22-game or 11-game flex plan, will I have the same seat for every game?
Yes! As a flex plan member you have the option to keep a consistent seat for every game on your plan if you wish. You will also have the opportunity to utilize an online “re-location” session that will allow you to alter the seating location for certain games on your plan. This is completely optional and not required.

Do I have my same seats from last year?
As a full season ticket member, your seating location from 2015-16 will be transferred over to the 2016-17 season. If you are a 22-game or 11-game plan member, your seating location is not guaranteed year over year. However, if your same seating location from last year is available during your seat selection time, you are more than welcome to choose it.

How was my “star” category chosen for events?
Your star rating is based on (3) factors: consecutive season ticket account tenure, plan size and seating location. If you have interest as to how you can upgrade into a higher star category, contact your Hurricanes representative. To view a breakdown, click here.

How do I redeem my free ticket vouchers?
All Season Ticket Members that qualify for ticket vouchers may redeem them at the PNC Arena box office during regular business hours (vouchers will NOT be processed within four hours of a puck drop at PNC Arena). If you have regular printed ticket vouchers, you may redeem them at the PNC Arena box office or at Canes Ticket Central (section 117) on a Hurricanes game night. If you have digital ticketing, you may redeem your vouchers online through your Caniac Account Manager.

How do I use digital ticketing?
If your account is enrolled in digital ticketing, you have a number of different convenient options to enter PNC Arena. You are able to use your STM ID card, print-at-home tickets or mobile entry on your smartphone to enter the gates on a game night. You can also manage your tickets online by utilizing your Caniac Account Manager. For everything you need to know about digital ticketing, please visit

How do I exchange tickets from my Season Ticket plan?
Digital Season Ticket Members have the ability to exchange tickets from their plan online with their Caniac Account Manager or at the PNC Arena box office. Customers with printed tickets have the ability to exchange their tickets solely at PNC Arena. Different guidelines and restrictions apply with both pregame and postgame exchanges. Do I get additional ticket discounts?
Yes! As a Season Ticket Member, you get exclusive access to our Season Ticket Member Appreciation games. These particular games offer especially deep discounts on certain ticket areas, and select concession items. To view a full list of STM Appreciation games and concession discounts, visit
